Return and Refund Policy

Most Silverjerk Studio products are printed, cut, designed, or otherwise produced specifically for each customer. Because custom and made-to-order products cannot be restocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied information, or issues visible in an approved proof.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what Silverjerk approved for production, contact bradical@silverjerkstudio.com within five calendar days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping package when damage occurred in transit

Please retain the product and packaging until the claim is resolved. When Silverjerk is responsible for the issue, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include reprinting, replacing, repairing, crediting, or refunding the affected item.

Artwork and Proof Approval

When Silverjerk provides a proof, approving that proof authorizes production. Errors, omissions, dimensions, spelling, colors, or design decisions visible in an approved proof are not eligible for a complimentary reprint or refund.

Products explicitly sold as direct output from customer-supplied artwork may proceed without a separate proof. The customer is responsible for the content, dimensions, resolution, and suitability of those files unless artwork cleanup, design, or Production Match Review was purchased.

Color and Material Variation

Screens, printers, inks, vinyl films, papers, substrates, and production methods reproduce color differently. Reasonable color and material variation is not considered a defect.

Color-critical work should be identified before production and may require a physical proof, material sample, or defined color standard.

Cancellations

Contact Silverjerk as quickly as possible to request cancellation.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, less any design, artwork preparation, consulting, material-ordering, or other work already completed. Once production begins or project-specific materials are ordered, the affected portion of the order cannot be cancelled.

Production Match Review, design, consultation, and artwork-preparation services are non-refundable after work begins.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or replacement results from a Silverjerk production error. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.

This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
